All items are packed and shipped FED Ex from our California Studio.
Most items ship within 5-7 days of receipt of your order. Some items may be special ordered upon request and will take longer to create so your patience is appreciated.

Cancellations & Returns
Order cancellation is only allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the item/items ship they can only be returned for a refund at the buyers expense. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Refunds will be issued once the item/items are received by South Bay Artist Studio.

All items are insured for the full purchase price. If it arrives damaged due to shipping you must return the damaged item to South Bay Artist Studio and you will have the option to receive either a replacement or a full refund.
